Forged and precision-machined from 45# steel, its tooth surface is treated by high-frequency quenching, delivering high hardness and excellent magnetic permeability.

The gear teeth are processed by precision hobbing and grinding, featuring uniform tooth pitch and smooth tooth tops. When rotating, it cooperates perfectly with magnetoelectric and Hall sensors to output regular pulse signals and provide accurate rotational speed and vehicle speed data for the ECU.
