This oil pipe assembly 1 is a dedicated internal oil supply pipeline part for Sinotruk full synchronizer gearboxes.
It is precisely bent and formed from thickened seamless steel pipe. The thick pipe wall features outstanding pressure resistance, bump and vibration resistance, and is not prone to denting or cracking.
The surface is treated with rust-proof, oil-resistant and anti-corrosion process, offering high temperature resistance and aging resistance. It will not rust or leak even when immersed in gearbox oil for a long time.
Its overall radian, length and mounting hole positions are fully in line with original factory standards. The regular routing fits the gearbox housing structure with accurate assembly alignment and tight sealing, ensuring smooth and unobstructed oil delivery.
It continuously supplies lubricating oil to gears and bearings. With excellent interchangeability, it can be directly installed without adjustment, being an essential part for gearbox overhaul.
